WARRIORS star Teenage Hadebe is enjoying his best life in the US. After completing a very successful maiden season at Major League Soccer (MLS) side Houston Dynamo, Hadebe has also been savouring the perks, which come with being at one of the top football clubs in the US.

The 27-year-old Bulawayo-born star was recently one of the special invited guests of the National Basketball Association (NBA) franchise Houston Rockets during their recent match at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, United States.

The Zimbabwean international shared the best moments on his Instagram handle. During the visit Hadebe got a chance to watch the team do their intense training while he also caught some photos with some players in the team such as power forward Kenyon Lee "KJ" Martin Jr.

Houston Rockets is home to NBA superstar James Harden, who in 2019 bought into the Houston Dynamo and National Women's Soccer League side Houston Dash as minority owner in the two clubs.

Hadebe was an ever present figure in his side’s starting 11 last season and will be looking forward to another successful season with Houston Dynamo, who begin their new campaign at FC Cincinnati next Sunday.

The defender arrived in the country in the transfer window of 2021 when he signed for Houston Dynamo from Turkish outfit Yeni Malatyaspor.

Hadebe’s move to Dynamo made him one of the highest earners at the club.

The former Chicken Inn and Kaizer Chiefs player cracked the US$1 million mark, in terms of earnings last year, according to the latest update by the MLS Players Association, which was released in October.

Hadebe was the second highest earner at the club after pocketing US$1.1 million, behind Mexican international Hector Herrera, who is the highest earning player at the club on US$5.2 million per year.

The amount doesn’t include performance bonuses. The Warriors star, who has a market value of two million euros, scored twice last season and represented his club in 23 matches.
